we’ve put a lot of thought into our new approach. after twenty years of cooking, we want to combine the best of what was with the best of what can be to offer an eating experience like no other.
our mission statement is continually evolving, at this point more a collection of inspirational writings from chefs and food gurus who inspire us. we take ideas we like and follow them as long as they fit, adjust or abandon them when they don’t. it’s working so far, and the response has confirmed we’re onto something folks like.
