this dried chile gives both sweetness and heat to whatever you are dishing up. originally from the basque region of france, we began growing this prized chile in order to make some of our own. www.pimentdville.com

a delicious hard cider inspired by the valley’s rich history of apple farming.
the shed
across the street is an old barn we’ve repurposed into a indoor/outdoor event space. used for receptions, movie screenings, and all-out bashes, the shed’s casual atmosphere and unconventional design keep the good times rolling.
